1) Manual Decoiler: one set

stop.

2) Pre-Cutter
With manual pre-cutter for easy operation and save material:The
pre-cutter isconnected with PLC control system,PLC is calculating
profile length within rollforming. Once material is required to
change,PLC is calculating the length fortotal quantity and remind
operator production finishes and able to manualshearing material
before roll forming so as to change material for newproduction.lt
is the advanced function and good for production to savematerial,
no waste.
3) Main Machine
with feeding material guide, body frame made from H400 type steelby welding.
Side wall thickness: Q235 t18mm.
Rollers manufactured from 45# steel,CNC lathes,HeatTreatment,hard Chrome Coated.
with thickness 0.04mm,surface with mirror treatment(for longer
lifeand anti-rust).
Shafts Diameter=75/85mm,precision machined.Gear/Sprocket driving,about 18-steps to form.
Main Motor=7.5KW , Frequency speed control.
4) Hydraulic Stair-Pressing and Cutting Device
2-steps Pressing Method:clamp sheet first, and then press, which No fold andbroken happen
after pressing, make the finished tile appearance looks beautiful,

Cutter frame made from high quality 20mm steel plate by welding
Stop to press, post cut, stop to cutting, two pieces cutting
blades, no blankingcutting, no waste material

Cutting tool material: Cr12MoV(= SKD11 with at least one million times ofcutting life), Heat treatment to
HRC58-62 degree

Input The Production Data(Production Batch,pcs,Length,etc.) On
TheTouch Screen.
lt Can Finish The Production Automatically.

Un-powered, Three units,with rollers on it for easymovement.
